Cyclones storm Indian Classic

The Cyclones entered this past weekend's 2024 Indian Classic ready to do battle with host team Dobyns-Bennett and representatives from 29 other schools spread across five states from Alabama to Pennsylvania. After two days of intense action, the Cyclones did not disappoint. The Cyclones walked away from TRIBE Athletic Center with the highest winning percentage in their division, and no less than twelve top four individual finishes.

Finishing first in their weight classes were Cooper Cole, Jake Clevinger, David Wright, Matthew Hehn, Leif Erbach and Broc Mosley.

Runner-ups included Sadie Kellerman and Jacob Presley

Finishing third were Elizabeth Tucker and Peyton Vanover

Rounding out the field for the Cyclones were Jacob Jenkins and Tee Vaughn, both finishing fourth.

The Cyclones resume action Wednesday evening at Holston High school in Damascus, VA when they face Holston High School, Smyth County and Abingdon in dual meets.
