Elizabethton High School

Jessica Hayes

Jessica Hayes has been coaching the Elizabethton High School girl’s golf team for three years. With a deep-seated passion for golf, Jessica’s journey with the sport began in her high school days where she played on the state team and spent countless afternoons on the course with her dad. Now, she continues her love for the game alongside her husband, Charlie, and their four-year-old daughter, Liza.

A competitive player for the LPGA Amateurs, Jessica brings valuable experience and dedication to the Cyclone girls' team, often involving them in Ladies Scrambles to enhance their skills and competitive spirit. Golf has always been more than just a sport for Jessica; it’s a medium for teaching essential life lessons such as patience, responsibility, and occasionally humility.

Jessica’s vision is to build a girl’s golf program that nurtures real competitors who can cherish the game as much as she has over the years. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for her players is evident in her coaching philosophy and her drive to instill a lifelong love of golf in each of her players.
