Women's Head Basketball Coach Lucas Andrews is currently in his 7th season at the helm. Overall, Andrews has 139 wins while at Elizabethton High School.
Under the direction of Andrews, the Lady Cyclones have claimed one conference title, four district championships, in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. In addition, he has led Elizabethton to three region championships, in 2020, 2022, and 2024. The Lady Cyclones have also appeared in the state sectional four times under Andrews, in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Under his direction, the Lady Cyclones have made two appearances in the State Tournament, 2023 elite 8 and 2024 final 4.
Throughout his tenure, there have been four Lady Cyclones who scored over 1,000 points. Five Lady Cyclones have grabbed over 500 rebounds, and one Lady Cyclone has had over 500 assists.
