Elizabethton High School

Men's Head Basketball Coach Lucas Honeycutt is currently in his 13th season at the helm. Overall, Honeycutt has amassed a record of 219 wins and 154 losses. 

Under the direction of Honeycutt, the Cyclones have claimed three district championships, in 2013, 2015, and 2019. In addition, he has led Elizabethton to two region championships, in 2015 and 2016. The Cyclones have also appeared in the state sectional three times under Honeycutt, in 2013, 2015, and 2016.
